What is Kidjo?

Kidjo is a mobile application designed to provide safe, educational, and entertaining video content for children. The app offers a curated library of videos, including cartoons, educational shows, and nursery rhymes, all selected to be age-appropriate and free from harmful content. Kidjo aims to create a safe digital environment for kids, with parental controls and offline viewing options, allowing parents to manage their children's screen time and ensure they're engaging with positive, enriching content.

How do I pay for the service?

For each due date, the subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your prepaid balance if you’re a prepaid customer. If you are a postpaid customer, the subscription fee will be deducted from your monthly bill.

What if the user does not have the balance?

For successful subscription, user needs to have a sufficient balance as per the bundle selected. Content access will temporarily be suspended, until successful renewal.

How does Kidjo work?

After successful signup, you will be given credentials to log into the Web/App.

What is the age range for this app?

The age range is 4-10 years.

What can I do in the Settings menu of Kidjo?

Click on Settings in the Parents section to:

• Set daily time limits for kids
• Edit and remove profiles
• Select languages
• Turn on/off sound and music
• And many other things

What's in the Parents' section of Kidjo?

In the Parents' section, you can: Choose the kid's profile you want to use:

• Add a new profile: Create up to 3 profiles with individualized contents
• Choose the content your kids will watch: Educational / Entertainment or Mix of both
• Select/Unselect specific videos you want or don’t want your kids to watch
